Terms & Shopping Policy

1. Terms of Service

These Terms are established to safeguard the rights and interests of both you and HALO.
By placing an order or completing a transaction on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

HALO respects your privacy. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout is accurate and current. HALO reserves the right to disclose necessary information only when required by law, to fulfill transactions, to enforce these Terms, or to protect the legitimate interests of HALO and relevant parties.

2. Shopping Policy

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, customers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period from the date of receipt.

Please note:
The appreciation period is not a trial period.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and accompanying materials.

Products that show signs of opening, use, damage, or missing components are not eligible for return. HALO reserves the right to deduct restoration fees where applicable.

3. Returns

Defective Items

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
Once verified, HALO will cover return shipping and arrange a full refund or replacement.

Non-Defective Items

Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receipt.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original outbound shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Late requests will not be accepted.
